General Purchase Conditions These general conditions regulate the online purchase of products marketed through our store www.lamiringa.com by the consumer, as defined in the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (Law 34/2002, of July 11th). The mere use of our online store attributes the status of User to whoever uses it, who declares to know and accept, without reservation or exception, each and every one of the General Conditions of our Website.
Product Description The descriptions of the products offered on our Website are based on information provided by our suppliers, as well as photographs and other material related to the products, trade names, trademarks, or distinctive signs of any kind. This information is intended to provide the customer with the most complete information available about the products offered. Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. If, despite our diligence, errors occur and the customer is not satisfied, they may benefit from our “Return Guarantee.” The products offered are valid until stocks are exhausted. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
Pricing All product prices indicated through the Website are shown in EUROS and include the corresponding VAT. These prices are those in force for each product. www.lamiringa.com reserves the right to modify them at any time without prior notice; however, we commit to applying the prices indicated on the website at the time your order is placed. Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately. Along with the order, the customer will receive a purchase invoice. Any other order confirmation (received by email or printed from the Web) will be valid as proof of purchase, but not as a formal invoice.
Payment At the moment the order is confirmed, the final price to be paid will be displayed, which includes the price of each item with its corresponding applicable taxes plus shipping costs. The following payment methods are established: credit or debit card, bank transfer or deposit, and PayPal. The card used for payment must be issued by a Spanish bank or savings bank. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
Returns The items offered at www.lamiringa.com are backed by major commercial brands. Our commitment is to offer maximum quality and achieve total customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with any of your items upon receiving your order, you have a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt to return them. www.lamiringa.com will not be held responsible for any product after this trial period (as our products are for personal use and we are not responsible for wear and tear caused by use).
Before returning any product, please send an email to lamiringa@gmail.com or contact us via our customer service telephone at 915931487 to receive instructions for the return. It is important to keep in mind that products to be returned must be in perfect condition, in the same state they were on the day of delivery, in their original packaging, and with any documents, accessories, or promotional gifts included where applicable. Products must be returned to our offices without any sign of having been used. A copy of the delivery note or packing slip must be included inside the return package, marking the returned products and the reason for the return.
Important: If the packaging is damaged on the day of receipt, please tell the carrier that you do not accept it; you will shortly receive another shipment in perfect condition. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and its condition has been verified, a voucher for the amount of the returned product will be issued to be spent in our store (this voucher has no expiry date). We will not issue the voucher until we have received the product and verified its perfect condition. www.lamiringa.com does not provide cash refunds; returns are always exchanged for non-expiring vouchers.
Shipping costs will only be included in the voucher if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the product does not correspond to what was requested or has a factory defect); otherwise, only the amount of the returned product will be included, excluding shipping costs. Likewise, collection or return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a fault attributable to www.lamiringa.com or a factory defect. Please remember that products are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back at our offices. If the merchandise is damaged due to inappropriate packaging during the return shipment, we will not be able to accept the return. For your own security, we recommend sending the package via a courier service that includes insurance for the value of your package and is certified by an official signed document.
Shipping All orders are delivered by hand via postal courier to the shipping address indicated when placing the order or to the post office designated by the customer. For this reason, shipments to P.O. Boxes are not accepted. The cost of shipping to Madrid city will be free for orders over 10 euros. Orders in Madrid city under 10 euros will have a cost of 2 euros per shipment. Shipping to the rest of Spain will be free for purchases over 50 euros. Shipping to the rest of Spain under 50 euros will have a cost of 10 euros + VAT.
Purchase by minors without the express consent of their parents or legal guardians is prohibited. www.lamiringa.com is not responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data filled in by the user and therefore cannot verify their age.
The use of our website and product purchase contracts through said website shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from or related to the use of the website or said contracts shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are contracting as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights recognized as such by current legislation.
COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMPLAINTS, AND CLAIMS Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Please send them through our contact channels or the postal address indicated in Clause 1. They will be registered with an identification code that we will provide to you to allow for tracking.
